These general terms and conditions describe the rules and regulations for the use of access to the Seasense website.

By accessing this website, we assume that you accept these terms and conditions in full. Stop using Seasense if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page. Responsibilities of Scholars

• Seasense will notify your Send / Confirm requirements via email only.
• The exchange of personal data is not accepted by Seasense employees or by yourself and is viewed as violence.
• The required document must be sent to the Seasense official email address provided for communication.
• Every service and payment step must be confirmed.
• All payments in the favor of Seasense Interdisciplinary research and it solution pvt ltd only.
• Only registered clients have the right to make a communication appointment.
• Obtain prior approval from the business team for appointments.
• The confirmation must reverted back within a maximum of 15-days.
• Once the process has been confirmed. Refund was not applicable.
• Number of reviews / corrections and changes will only be accepted by email.
• We do not pass on your personal data / technical details of your work to third parties without written approval.
• A violation of the general terms and conditions leads to termination of the service by Seasense without any beneficiary rights.

Responsibilities of Seasense

• Provide Support through a digital platform or in-person for supporting demand of guidance.
• Provide an explanation of the document's guidance.
• After client acknowledgement and NOC (No Objection Certificate), Seasense providesource code and relevant paperwork.
• Seasense is the final authority in terms of rights and decisions.
• All jurisdictions must meet at the Seasense venue.
